They have managed, developed, redeveloped and constructed over 15,000
multifamily units in their careers.
Their portfolio of work includes mixed-use projects, multifamily development
and redevelopment, land development, commercial projects and resort
development. In addition, they have experience cleaning environmentally
impaired sites and have structured and closed public/private joint ventures with
CRA’s and housing authorities.
